Getting Started
How do I register my school?
To register your school, click on "Get Started" or "Register School" button. Fill in your school details and create an admin account. Once registered, you can log in and start using the system.
What information do I need to register?
You'll need:
- School name and code
- School contact information (email, phone, address)
- Admin account details (name, email, password)
How long does registration take?
Registration is instant! Once you complete the form, your school account will be created immediately and you can start using the system.
Account Management
How do I change my password?
After logging in, go to your profile settings and select "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm.
Can I change my admin email?
Yes, you can update your email address from your profile settings. Make sure to verify the new email address.
How do I manage user roles?
As an admin, you can assign roles (Teacher, Student, Parent) to users from the Users section. Each role has specific permissions and access levels.
Subscription & Billing
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment gateways through Razorpay.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Your data will be preserved, but access to premium features will be restricted until you renew your subscription.
How do I view my subscription history?
You can view your complete subscription history from the Subscription Status page in your dashboard.
Features & Usage
How do I add students?
Navigate to Students → Add Student. Fill in the student information including personal details, class assignment, and parent/guardian information.
How do I manage attendance?
Go to Attendance → Take Attendance. Select the class, section, and date, then mark students as Present or Absent.
Can I export reports?
Yes, most reports can be exported in PDF or Excel format. Look for the export button in the top right of any report page.
How do I send notices to parents?
Go to Notices → Create Notice. Enter your message and select "Parents" as the target audience, then publish.
Troubleshooting
I can't log in. What should I do?
First, verify that you're using the correct email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link. If issues persist, contact support.
Why can't I access certain features?
Some features require an active subscription. Check your subscription status and ensure your plan includes the feature you're trying to access.
My data is not saving. What's wrong?
Check your internet connection first. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Contact support if the issue continues.
